नई दिल्लीः अक्सर लोगों के एटीएम कार्ड से फ्रॉड होने की सूचनाएं आती रहती हैं. फ्रॉड को रोकने के लिए बैंक भी समय-समय पर अपने ग्राहकों को सचेत करते रहते हैं. देश के सबसे बड़े बैंक भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (State Bank of India) भी ऐसे ही टिप्स को अपने ग्राहकों के साथ शेयर करता रहता है, ताकि उनके साथ किसी तरह की धोखाधड़ी न हो.
ATM पर रखनी होंगी सावधान
एसबीआई ने अपील की है कि ग्राहकों को किसी भी एटीएम-कम-डेबिट कार्ड धोखाधड़ी से बचने के लिए पूरी प्राइवसी में एटीएम लेनदेन करना चाहिए. एसबीआई ने ट्वीट किया,’आपका एटीएम कार्ड और पिन महत्वपूर्ण हैं. यहां आपके पैसे सुरक्षित और सुरक्षित रखने के लिए कुछ सुझाव दिए गए हैं.
- एटीएम या पीओएस मशीन पर एटीएम कार्ड का इस्तेमाल करते समय कीपैड को कवर करने के लिए अपने हाथ का इस्तेमाल करें.
- कभी भी अपना पिन / कार्ड डिटेल्स शेयर न करें.
- अपने कार्ड पर पिन कभी न लिखें.
- अपने कार्ड के डिटेल्स या पिन के लिए e-Mail, SMS या कॉल का जवाब न दें.
- अपने जन्मदिन, फोन या अकाउंट नंबर से अपने पिन के रूप में नंबर का इस्तेमाल न करें.

- कीपैड हेरफेर से सावधान रहें, एटीएम या पीओएस मशीन का इस्तेमाल करते समय हीट मैपिंग करें.
- अपने कंधे के पीछे अपना पिन चुराने वाले किसी व्यक्ति से खुद को सुरक्षित रखें.
- लेन-देन अलर्ट के लिए साइन अप करना सुनिश्चित करें.
रात में करें OTP आधारित कैश विथड्रॉल सिस्टम का उपयोग
बैंक ने हाल ही में रात 8 बजे से सुबह 8 बजे के बीच एटीएम पर कैश विथड्रॉल करते वक्त ओटीपी आधारित सिस्टम को शुरू किया है.
इसको 1 जनवरी 2020 से लागू किया गया था. देश के सबसे बड़े मनी लेंडर SBI ने अपने एटीएम विड्रॉल चार्ज में बदलाव किए थे जो 1 जुलाई से लागू हुए थे. कोरोनोवायरस महामारी को देखते हुए, एसबीआई ने 30 जून तक तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए एटीएम सेवा शुल्क की माफी की घोषणा की थी.
