Debit and Credit Card Fraud: इन दिनों ऑनलाइन के साथ ही नॉर्मल फ्रॉड की घटनाएं बेहद आम हो गई हैं। लोगों को फोन कर धोखेबाज उनसे बैंक की जानकारी मांगते हैं फिर चाहे वो उनका अकाउंट नंबर हो या फिर पिन नंबर या अन्य कोई जानकारी हो। इसके अलावा कई बार आपके डेबिट या क्रेडिट कार्ड की क्लोनिंग या उसका डेटा चुराकर भी ठग आपके अकाउंट से पैसा निकाल लेते हैं और जब तक आपको पता लगता है तब तक काफी देर हो चुकी होती है। अगर आपके साथ भी ऐसा कुछ हुआ है तो जानिए क्या करें और कहां शिकायत की जाए।
यह करें सबसे पहले
अगर आपको भी अपने डेबिट और क्रेडिट कार्ड से किसी ऐसे लेनदेन का शक होता है जो आपने नहीं किया है तो बिना देर किए अपने बैंक से इसकी शिकायत करें।

हर बैंक ने इसके लिए अलग-अलग नंबर्स जारी किए हुए हैं जिन पर कॉल करते हुए आप इस लेनदेन की शिकायत करने के साथ ही अपना कार्ड ब्लॉक कर सकते हैं।
यह जानकारी है जरूरी
शिकायत करने के लिए आपके पास कुछ जरूरी जानकारी होना चाहिए जिसके आधार पर आप अपना दावा पेश कर सकते हैं। इसमें आपके अकाउंट का पिछले 6 महीने का अकाउंट स्टेटमेंट होना चाहिए। वहीं संदिग्ध ट्रांजेक्शन के मैसेज की कॉपी और अपनी बैंक पासबुक की कॉपी। इसके अलावा अपना एड्रेस और आईडी प्रूफ भी साथ रखे। इनकी मदद से आप अपने पास के पुलिस स्टेशन में संदिग्ध लेनदेन की शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।
ऐसे मिलेगा पैसा वापस
इसके लिए आपको उस मर्चेंट या वेबसाइट से संपर्क करना होगा जहां आपके कार्ड से लेनदेन हुआ है। इसके अलावा सारी जानकारी और सबूत जुटाकर अपने सर्विस प्रोवाइडर को इसकी शिकायत करते हुए क्लेम का दावा कर सकते हैं। हालांकि, बैंक कुछ नियमों के तहत पैसा वापस करते हैं। नियमों के तहत पैसा तब मिलता है जब गलती बैंक की हो। ऑनलाइन लेनदेन में ट्रांजेक्शन इनक्रिप्टेड होना चाहिए। साथ ही किसी थर्ज पार्टी ब्रीच में भी पैसा वापस मिल सकता है। जिसमें पैसे खर्च या निकाले जाने के बाद ग्राहक बैंक को इसकी सूचना दे देता है। हां, इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि यह सूचना लेनदेन या पैसे निकाले जाने के तीन दिनके भीतर कर दी जानी चाहिए।
