Responsibilities:
• Patrol Premises: Regularly patrol the assigned area to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of the premises at United Proactive Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Monitor Surveillance: Operate and monitor security cameras to detect any suspicious activities within United Proactive Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Check Identification: Verify the identification of visitors and employees to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Respond to Incidents: Quickly respond to security incidents and emergencies, including fire alarms, intrusions, and other disturbances.
• Enforce Policies: Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
• Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs and write incident reports as required.
• Provide Assistance: Assist employees and visitors with their security-related needs and concerns.
• Emergency Preparedness: Act as a first responder in case of emergencies and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Vehicle Checks: Conduct routine checks of vehicles entering and leaving the premises.
• Security Training: Attend periodic training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
• Education: Completion of 10th Standard / SSLC is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to perform the duties of a Security Guard at United Proactive Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Observation Skills: Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff.
