कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के बीच केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है. एक मई से सभी व्यस्कों को कोरोना की वैक्सीन दी जाएगी. देखा जाए तो यह कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन का तीसरा चरण होगा. पहले चरण में उच्च जोखिम वर्ग के 45 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के लोगों को वैक्सीन दी गई. फिर दूसरे चरण में 45 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के सभी लोगों को वैक्सीन दी जा रही है. और अब एक मई से 18 साल से ऊपर के हरेक व्यक्ति को वैक्सीन दी जाएगी.

बता दें कि देश में कोवैक्सीन (Covaxin) या कोविशिल्ड (Covishield) के टीके लगाए जा रहे हैं. सरकार की ओर से कई बार बताया जा चुका है कि वैक्सीन लगवाने के लिए कैसे रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जा सकता है? इसके लिए क्या प्रक्रिया है, प्राइवेट अस्पतालोंं में भी व्यवस्था है क्या… वगैरह के बारे में स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के सचिव भी बता चुके हैं.
अब, जबकि एक मई से 18 साल से अधिक उम्र के सभी लोगों को वैक्सीन दी जानी है, तो ऐसे में एक बार फिर से पूरी प्रक्रिया को समझना जरूरी है. कई राज्यों से आ रही वैक्सीन शॉर्टेज की खबरों के बाद सरकार ने पर्याप्त स्टॉक को लेकर आश्वस्त किया है. जरूरत और मांग के मुताबिक, वैक्सीन की आपूर्ति की जा रही है. बहरहाल, आइए जानते हैं कि अगर आप भी कोरोना वैक्सीन लगाना चाहते हैं तो आपको कैसे क्या करना होगा.
वैक्सीन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कैसे करा सकते हैं?
रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया बहुत ही आसान है. अपने मोबाइल फोन या कंप्यूटर के ब्राउजर में https://selfregistration.cowin.gov.in/ पर लॉगिन करें. यहां आपको अपने मोबाइल नंबर के साथ रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा. पोर्टल के जरिए निर्धारित समय सीमा में आप वैक्सीन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकेंगे. एक मोबाइल फोन से अधिकतम चार लोग वैक्सीनेशन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन करा सकते हैं.
पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं करवा सकें तो क्या करना होगा?
बहुत सारे लोग डिजिटल फ्रेंडली नहीं होते हैं. ऐसे में पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना उनके लिए मुश्किल होता है. आप चाहें तो किसी साइबर कैफे की मदद ले सकते हैं. वहां कुछ नॉमिनल चार्ज में आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन कर दिया जाएगा. ऐसा संभव न हो तो भी घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है. आप अपने नजदीकी वैक्सिनेशन सेंटर पर जाकर भी रजिस्ट्रेशन करवा सकते हैं. इस बारे में स्वास्थ्य सचिव राजेश भूषण भी बता चुके हैं.
कोविन पोर्टल पर बदलाव के विकल्प भी होते हैं क्या?
एक बार रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के बाद आप सुविधा के हिसाब से उसमें बदलाव भी कर सकते हैं. आप अगर कहीं और शिफ्ट हो रहे तो उसे रद्द भी कर सकते हैं. अगर आपने किसी शहर में वैक्सीन की पहली डोज ले ली है तो दूसरी डोल के लिए सेंटर भी चुन सकते हैं.
क्या एक ही वैक्सीन की डोज लेना जरूरी है?
जी हां! बिल्कुल, यह जरूरी होगा कि कोवैक्सीन और कोविशील्ड में से जिस वैक्सीन की पहली डोज ली है, दूसरी डोज भी उसी की लें. कोविन सिस्टम आपको ऑटोमैटिकली वैक्सिनेशन सेंटरों की सूची दिखाएगा, जहां वैक्सीन उपलब्ध है.
वैक्सिनेशन सर्टिफिकेट क्या होता है?
वैक्सीन की डोज लेने वाले लोगों को प्रमाण के तौर पर एक सर्टिफिकेट जारी किया जाता है. पोर्टल पर बने आपके अकाउंट से भी आप इसे डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं. वैक्सीनेशन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय आपने अपनी जो भी डिटेल (नाम, उम्र और लिंग की जानकारी) भरी थी, वह सेव रहेगी. उसी आधार पर आपको सर्टिफिकेट मिलेगा. राष्ट्रीय या अंतरराष्ट्रीय यात्राओं में यह बड़े काम की चीज होती है. इसी के आधार पर कई देशों में एंट्री मिलती है.
