नई दिल्ली. ऑनलाइन और मोबाइल फ्रॉड (Online Banking Fraud) के बढ़ते मामलों को देख. भारत सरकारी की मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ होम अफेयर्स के साइबर सिक्यॉरिटी ट्विटर हैंडल Cyber-dost पर यूजर्स को इस बारे में चेतावनी दी गई है. सरकार ने यूजर्स को फेक कॉल्स (Fake Calls) के बारे में अलर्ट किया है, इन कॉल्स की मदद से उन्हें निशाना बनाया जा रहा है. CyberDost के ट्विटर हैंडल पर इस बारे में जानकारी दी गई है, जिससे यूजर्स सेफ रह सकें.

ज्यादातर कॉल्स +92 और +01 से शुरू होने वाले नंबरों से आते
फ्रॉड के मकसद से आने वाले ज्यादातर कॉल्स +92 से शुरू होने वाले नंबरों से आते हैं. ऐसे नंबरों से नॉर्मल वॉइस कॉल्स के अलावा यूजर्स को वॉट्सऐप कॉल्स भी किए जा रहे हैं.

ऐसे कॉल्स का मकसद यूजर्स की पर्सनल और सेंसिटिव इन्फॉर्मेशन चोरी करना होता है और कॉल करने वाला विक्टिम को बातों में उलझाकर ऐसे डीटेल्स चुरा लेता है. इसके अलावा +01 से शुरू होने वाले नंबरों से भी कई यूजर्स को कॉल्स आए हैं. ऐसे कॉल्स से सतर्क रहें और अपने बैकिंग डीटेल्स कभी भी कॉल पर किसी के साथ शेयर ना करे.

देते हैं लकी ड्रॉ या लॉटरी का लालचकॉल के दौरान लोगों के बैंक अकाउंट नंबर से लेकर डेबिट कार्ड डीटेल्स तक की जानकारी चुरा ली जाती है. इसके लिए उन्हें लॉटरी जीतने या लकी ड्रॉ में नाम आने जैसे लालच दिए जाते हैं और बदले में बैकिंग डीटेल्स यह कहकर मांगे जाते हैं कि जीती हुई रकम आपको अकाउंट में भेजी जाएगी. फ्रॉड करने वाला किसी बड़ी कंपनी का नाम लेकर अपनी सर्विस असली होने का भरोसा विक्टिम को दिलाता है, जिससे उसं फंसाया जा सके.

ऐसे कोड्स को गलती से भी नहीं करें शेयर
कॉलर की ओर से कई बार QR कोड या फिर बार कोड भेजकर उन्हें स्कैन करने के लिए भी कहा जाता है. गलती से भी ऐसे कोड्स को स्कैन ना करें. स्कैम करने वाले एक से
