- अगरतला: त्रिपुरा में वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना वायरस के कारण 38 वर्षीय एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई है। जिसके बाद प्रदेश में इस बीमारी से मरने वालों की तादाद बढ़कर तीन हो गई है। वहीं कुल 98 नए मामले दर्ज किए जाने के बाद कुल संक्रमितों की संख्या 2,282 है। प्रदेश की एकीकृत रोग निगरानी परियोजना (IDSP) अधिकारी दीप देबबर्मा ने प्रेस वालों से कहा है कि उक्त व्यक्ति को कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के लक्षणों और पेट की बीमारी की वजह से अगरतला सरकारी चिकित्सा कॉलेज (AGMC) अस्पताल में बुधवार को भर्ती किया गया था।
उसी रात मरीज ने दम तोड़ दिया। व्यक्ति खोवई जिले के विद्याबिल गांव का निवासी था।
इससे पहले इसी अस्पताल में दो पेशेंट्स की मौत हो गई थी। सीएम बिप्लब कुमार देब ने अपने आधिकारिक ट्वीटर हैंडल से ट्वीट करते हुए लिखा कि ‘कोरोना वायरस की जांच के लिए 3,412 सैम्पल्स लिए गए थे जिनमें से 98 पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं।’
अधिकारी ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया है कि नए मामले दर्ज किए जाने के बाद त्रिपुरा में कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमित लोगों की तादाद बढ़कर 2,282 हो गई। राज्य में 661 मरीजों का उपचार चल रहा है और 1,604 मरीज रिकवर हो चुके हैं। वहीं 14 मरीज दूसरे राज्यों में जा चुके हैं।
